In-N-Out stands out from other fast-food chains as it is not a franchise, with all 300+ locations still being family-owned. The company upholds strong family-oriented values, high customer service standards, and Christian principles. To show appreciation for its dedicated Southern California team, In-N-Out Burger hosts a regional family Christmas extravaganza, inviting thousands of employees and their families to join in the celebration.
This year, inspired by the widespread interest in TV series like Game of Thrones, In-N-Out opted for a festive theme centered around Vikings and Norse mythology. In response, we curated a captivating experience featuring live performances that embodied the Viking spirit, larger-than-life inflatable activities, craft tables offering traditional Norse crafts, and a Santa's Village with a Nordic twist. We even brought real snow to Southern California at an outdoor winter wonderland.
