A leader who gives a s***
My style has most often been referred to as Coaching. As a leader, I believe in the importance of recognizing both the strengths and weaknesses of each team member. I try to provide equal attention to both, as this helps me to better understand my team and to encourage them to grow and improve. This approach has been particularly successful when I have been appointed as a leader in new departments and startups, where there is often a need for rapid growth and development.
However, I also recognize that there are times when I may not have the time or resources to provide extensive coaching and support to each team member. In those situations, I tend to lean more toward a Pacesetting leadership style. This involves setting high standards and expectations for my team, and pushing them to achieve their goals and reach success. While this approach can be more challenging, it can also be highly effective in driving results and achieving success, particularly in fast-paced environments.
An online quiz titled “What X-Men Character Are You?” once pegged me as Professor X, stating that I am “A mentor and teacher to nearly everyone you meet, your friendly and welcoming personality make you a stranger to none. You’re a champion for others and will do whatever it takes to make sure your loved ones are taken care of.”
MENTORING
Often in Coaching, I pay equal attention to both the strengths and weaknesses of employees, continually encouraging them to grow and improve. My strong communication skills are used to motivate both internal and client teams to maintain relationships, build strong teams, and collaborate with multidisciplinary parties. When I am part of a larger team or do not have the time and resources necessary for coaching, I tend to lean more towards pacesetting by setting the standards and pushing my team to success.
STRATEGY
Setting brands apart from the competition by finding innovative and original ways to connect with audiences. Combining out-of-the-box thinking with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, we can captivate, inspire, and ultimately drive action. It's about crafting a distinct and compelling narrative that resonates with people on a deeper level, sparking curiosity and building lasting emotional connections. In a world where attention is a precious commodity, a strong creative strategy can make all the difference in capturing the hearts and minds of your target audience.

My vision is to create pieces that not only showcase technical skills and strategy but also evoke emotion and spark a sense of wonder in the viewer. Through the lens of MAC, I aim to push the limits of conventional art and design, bringing forth a unique perspective that challenges the status quo.
